This quilt presented a challenge for a newbie. The only thing that saved me was having the courage to try anyway, although I was a very un-experienced longarm quilter at that time.
If you say you CAN NOT do it, that's the end of it. You won't do it. Your brain won't let you, because you told it, it can't!
I did the best I could back then, but if I had to quilt this quilt top again, the quilting would look much different.
In closing this article, my advice to newbies is: don't be afraid of trying, but you need to try on paper first before you go ahead and nail the design down with thread!
